Personal Data Protection Notice (KVKK)
This notice is given under Article 10 of Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data, for visitors and business contacts of the group’s Turkish operations.

Personal data processed
Identity and contact data (name, company, email address, telephone number where you provide it) and transaction and correspondence records arising from your enquiry.
Purposes of processing
Responding to enquiries, conducting pre-contractual negotiations, performing contracts, meeting legal and tax obligations, and maintaining commercial communication.
Legal grounds
Processing is carried out where it is necessary for the establishment or performance of a contract, where it is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation, and where it is necessary for our legitimate interests without prejudice to your fundamental rights — Article 5 of Law No. 6698. Where none of these apply, your explicit consent is requested.
Transfers
Data may be shared with group companies in the markets we serve, and with service providers for hosting and message delivery, limited to the purposes above and subject to Articles 8 and 9 of Law No. 6698. Transfers abroad are made on the grounds permitted by those Articles.
Retention
Data is retained for the period required by the relevant legislation and by the purpose of processing, then deleted, destroyed or anonymised.
Your rights under Article 11
You may learn whether your data is processed, request information about the processing, learn its purpose, know the third parties to whom it is transferred, request correction, deletion or destruction, object to results produced solely by automated analysis, and claim compensation for damage arising from unlawful processing.
Applications may be submitted in writing to info@manafinancialgroup.org. They are answered within thirty days.
